John Anthony Horvath III, known to those who love him as “Jon Jon”, of Titusville, FL passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022, which is also the date of his 50th Birthday. John was born and raised in Florida where he worked as an Ironworker for 31 years.
John was known for his great sense of humor and quick wit, with April Fools being his favorite holiday. He loved pulling a prank and getting pranked equally as long as there was a good laugh shared. He loved the outdoors; he would spend his off time hunting, fishing, boating, and riding a Harley. Family was most important to John, often traveling to visit wherever his son was at the time, and spending time with his precious grandchildren, with his wife, Heather and his dog Nubbs by his side. Jon Jon was known for his humor, but those close to John loved him for the kind and generous heart he had for others. He would always share a laugh, but often share his wisdom with the younger ironworkers so they may avoid learning the hard way. A good husband, father, grandpa, son, and friend to all.
John was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Horvath, Sr, his father, John Horvath, Jr., and his son, John “Tony” Horvath IV.
He is survived by the love of his life and best friend, Heather Horvath; parents: Marcia and Sid Breen; Aunt and Uncle: Brenda and AJ James; grandchildren: Hayden, Dane and Tate Horvath; and countless friends who will miss John every day.
