Anne M. Williams

She is survived by her beloved husband Terry, her three daughters Jennifer Murray of Palm Coast, Florida, Tracie Meany of Douglasville, Georgia, and Lisa Backovsky of Ocoee, Florida. Anne also has 3 grandchildren Rush, Madison, and John (Tre), brothers Jerry VanOrman (Deceased), Rob Smith of Phoenix, Arizona , Ron Smith of Cocoa, Florida and a sister Rae Lyn Sumersill of Commerce, Georgia.

Anne retired from the Bell System after 32 years and was currently employed by Sumaria Networks as a Technical Instructor. Anne’s work took her all over the world; she loved to travel and experience other cultures. Anne’s hobby while at home was sewing; she could make just about anything and was constantly making clothes and gifts for her grandchildren. She loved children and her home was always open to her children’s friends who needed good advice, a hot meal, or a place to stay.

A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Rockledge, Florida. Arrangements under the direction of Wylie-Baxley Merritt Island Funeral Home, Merritt Island, FL. www.wyliebaxleymerrittisland.
