Kelly Ann Thomason

Kelly Ann Thomason, 64, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away on February 23, 2024, surrounded by the ones she loved. Kelly was born on December 08, 1959, in Merced, California. She was a dedicated marching and jazz band member throughout high school and a graduate of Class of 1978.

Kelly had a successful insurance career before becoming a Realtor in 2010. She was dedicated to their clients and furthering her education to best serve the community.

When not working or with her family, she dedicated hours to the communities she lived in, enjoyed boat rides, music, and tending to her rose bushes. Kelly was a proud member of many organizations throughout her life including but not limited to the Women's Division Chamber of Commerce in Grapevine, TX; the Hot Springs Cruisers Car Club; and First Baptist Church in Hot Springs, AR.

Kelly is survived by her business partner Wayne Thomason; her three dedicated daughters Shanelle and Nate Sundin; Ashley Cordes; Emily and Matt Hudson; eight wonderful grandchildren Grey Clearwater, Kayla Rocha, Nathan Sundin, Kate Cordes, Kenna Cordes, Kolton Cordes, Brynley Sundin, and Wyatt Hudson; her mother, Jackie Smothers; and many wonderful friends.

Kelly is predeceased by her father, Ron Smothers. May Kelly's memories bring joy and peace to all those who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held on Friday May 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Merced District Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, you may make a contribution to The Merced County Courthouse Museum.
