John J. Heller

Passed away peacefully Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the age of 86. He was born on April 11, 1927 in Montello, Wisconsin to the late Frank and Catherine (nee Jackowski) Heller. Beloved husband of the late Carolyn (nee Hintz) for 53 years. Loving father of Lisa (John) Wittmann and Terri (Damon) Talerico. Proud grandpa of Ryan and Tyler Wittmann and Nick and Dylan Talerico. Also survived by 2 sisters-in-law and other relatives and friends.

John was a Navy veteran serving in World War II. He worked as a machinist at Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for 35 years retiring in 1990. He loved gardening, fishing, traveling, the Green Bay Packers and spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 12801 West Fairmount Avenue, Butler, Wisconsin at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. Private interment St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Montello, Wisconsin.
