David Edward Zielinski

David E. Zielinski, age 23, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2011. On October 1, 1987, David Edward was born to Anthony Zielinski and Un Suk Kim at Fort Lewis, Washington. He graduated from Menasha High School and had attended UW-Whitewater. He was enrolled in the ROTC program, inducted into the United States Army and completed basic training at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

David will be missed by his loving parents: Anthony and Un Suk; his sister, Holly (Ben) Larson; paternal grandparents: James and Shirley Zielinski; aunts, uncles, many relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandma and grandpa Kim, and a cousin, Christopher Zielinski.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 516 De Pere Street, Menasha, with Fr. Paul Paider officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at Martens-Laemmrich Funeral Home, 312 Milwaukee Street, Menasha. Visitation will again be on Wednesday morning at St. John Catholic Church from 9:30 am until the hour of the Mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
