Terry G. Brown, 63 of Memphis, died July 25, 2014, at the home of his sister, surrounded by family. Terry was a trim carpenter from the renowned Brown family, whose craftsmanship is well known in the Memphis & Mid-south area. Terry had made his home in Bolivar, TN for the last several years until his recent illness. Terry was a gifted guitarist & singer who entertained many over the years. He was the son of the late Wilson and Lessie Brown. He leaves two sons, Wade Brown (Shelley) and Brandon Brown; three grandchildren, Taylor, Thomas and Gracie Brown; three brothers, Jimmy Brown (Patsy), Gerald Brown (Micky), and Everette Brown, three sisters, Marie Shirley (James), Edith Grant (Terry) (who we wish a heartfelt thanks for her care and endurance), and twin sister, Mary Saemenes (Jim); and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. We love you dad, brother and grandpa, we will miss you as our cowboy rides away. The family wishes to invite friends to visit beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28, at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue, and funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens on Germantown Road.
