Linda Jean Carter, a lifelong Memphian, died on Friday, February 12, 2016. She was only 66 years old. Born on April 6, 1949 in Memphis, she is the daughter of the late Carlston Edmiston. Linda is survived by her husband of 45 years Jimmy Wayne Carter; mother Christine Lowery; and sisters Martha K. Moorman, Eileen Edmiston & Elaine Turgott.
