Kim Fowler, 52, of Memphis, TN, passed away January 8, 2011, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Kim, a registered nurse, was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Collierville and was a graduate of the University of Memphis Nursing School and received her Master’s from University of Phoenix. She is survived by her longtime companion, John Davis; her daughter, Shelby Fowler of Memphis and brothers, David Archibald (Suzanne) of Columbus, MS and Gregg Archibald of Richmond, VA.
