The first time I met Gerald, he acted like we had been friends for years. 

Whenever I visited and speak to him “what’s up my short friend” and his response would be “ hell you act like you 6’ tall and you are no taller than I am.” 

Always gave me a hug with Love.

Unc you really hurt me with this one. You will always be missed and loved. No matter how I felt or what I went through growing up you always had the right words to say followed with that contagious smile and the best hugs ever. I hate that you're not down here with us, but I know you're having a family reunion with Mudear, your sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews in heaven. We love you unc and you will never die because we will continue to let your memories live on through us, and we got Auntie Linda I promise she won't have to want for anything as long as we are still here on this earth.
