Edward Junior King was born in Ardmore, Alabama on January 8, 1954 and died March 25, 2013. He was presided in death by his parents James David King and Syble Ellen Ballard King and a brother Jessie Thomas King. He is survived by a son William Anthony King from his first marriage with Barbara Spiotta King (decessed) and two daughters, Leslie Jean King Parrish (Cory) of Nashville, TN and Lee Michele King of Memphis in his second marriage with Marilyn Black King. His precious grandson, Cort Ellis King of Memphis will miss his Paw Paw Ed very much. We would like to mention Patrick David Sullivan who was like a son to Edward. He is survived by two sisters, Betty Jean Mires (Terry) of Petersburg, IN. and Nancy Carol Wilson (Lamar) of Murray, KY a brother J D King (Rhonda) of Pensacola, FL. Edward was a retired road driver for Consolidated Freightways. He had lots of hobbies: fishing, hunting, guitar playing, gun and car repair and refinishing furniture. He was a prankster and loved a good joke. He had resided in Altus, AR the last 10 years and spent his retirement time in the local Wal-mart and Sam’s Club shopping! The family will recieve friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2013, with funeral services at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2013, all to be held at Family Funeral Care.
