Doris Angela (Jackson) Gillmore

Doris Angela Gillmore, age 93, of Hernando, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. Doris was born March 2, 1929, in Falkner, Mississippi, to Onnie Eli Jackson and Mary Ella Renfrow Jackson.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Gillmore and sons, Neal Gillmore, Paul Gillmore, and Andy Gillmore. She is survived by her daughter, Lorrie Bay (Jim); grandchildren, Wes Gillmore (Amanda), Cory Gillmore, and Nicole Bay; great-grandchildren, Anna Gillmore and Carlisle Gillmore; and two daughters-in-law, Cecile Gillmore and Ann Gillmore.

Visitation will be Monday, October 10 from 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 10:00 AM, at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119. Graveside will follow in Pogue Cemetery, Falkner, MS.
