Interment will be held on October 12, 2019 at 12:30 pm at New Park Cemetery , 4536 Horn Lake Road, Memphis, Tennessee.
They were preceded in death by Onie Mel Wells (Wife). They are survived by Sandra Quinn-Frieson (Daughter), Carlos Quinn (Grandson), Carlos Quinn II (Great Grandson), Dr. Danielle Frieson (Granddaughter), Cleodis also leaves two brothers and five sisters..
