Charles Lloyd Williams, 79, Memphis, passed away August 24, 2011 at Baptist Hospital Desoto. He was a veteran of the US Navy, a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Southaven, and retired from ABF Freight Systems. He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Williams, and his brother, J.C. Williams, a great granddaughter, Elli Hutcherson, and his parents, Charles and Helen. He is survived by two daughters, Melanie Hutcherson and Felicia Harper; three sons, Steve (Debbie) Williams, David (Amy) Williams, Andrew (Melissa) Williams; one sister, Ouida Beth Bean; one brother, Wayne Williams; eleven grandchildren, Brando Harper, Gracie Williams, Luke Williams, Emily Williams, Stephen Williams, Melissa Moore, Melin Williams, Schonna Fleming, Amber Rehage, Jeremiah Hutcherson, Joshua Hutcherson; twelve great grandchildren, Brendon Williams, Noah Williams, Lydia Williams, Jacob Moore, Jeremiah Moore, Janet Moore, Destiny Fleming, Parker Fleming, Corban Hutcherson, Judah Hutcherson, Asher Hutcherson, Adlai Hutcherson. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Poplar Avenue. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Baptist Church in Southaven. Burial will follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 3700 N. Germantown Parkway in Bartlett. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Baptist church World Missions Fund.
