Blake Daniel Murphy, age 37 passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021. Blake was born December 15, 1983 in Memphis , TN.
Blake is survived by his parents; William A. Murphy Jr. and Sherry Salmon Murphy; son Colton Daniel Murphy; brother Brent Murphy; sister Brooke Murphy Martorana; and grandmother, Michelle Lavena Salmon (all of Collierville, TN). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins who loved him dearly.
