William Will Chandler Brown

William Chandler "Will" Brown, 22, of Mechanicsville, died and went to be with the Lord on October 30, 2012, after a long and courageous battle with a mitochondrial disease. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom and Mildred Brown. He is survived by his parents Micky and Duina Brown, of Mechanicsville, his brother Alex and wife Nicole, of Richmond, grandparents, Weldon and Anna Sweet, of Waynesboro, Va., aunts and uncles, Sandy and Ron Clark, of Knightdale, N.C., Patsy and Charlie Dooms, of Stuarts Draft, Va., Tom and Amy Brown, of Waynesboro, Va., Bill and Norma Brown, of Lynchburg, Va., Patsy and Steve Beuttel, of Centreville, Va., and numerous cousins and friends. He was loved and cared for by many. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 2, from 11-1pm, 2:30-4:30pm, and 6-8pm, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 Shady Grove Rd, Mechanicsville. A memorial service will be held at 11am, on Saturday, November 3, at New Hanover Presbyterian Church, 10058 Chamberlayne Rd, Mechanicsville.
