Christina, I was so sorry to hear about Tommy's passing. Remembered him all the way back to the 60's. He and I used to work together at the phone company and the grocery store. We would sometimes go hunting together.
What great days those were. I will really miss him.

I have lots of fond memories of Uncle Tommy, he will be missed.

Tommy is a special person to me. He not only is my uncle, but my friend. We worked together for a while at Evans Super Market. He was my supervisor two diferent times at C&P Telephone and gave me help and advise when I came to him. He was wise, trustworthy, kind and loved by many. We will miss Uncle Tommy and never forget his joy in playing football in the yard whenever there was a family gathering. When remembering him chasing that mean rooster at the farm I always laugh. He was always so good to me and my family. He even drove all over, as did Larry in search of Beanie Babies, back in the day... Mr. Garrett was a very special man. I feel blessed to have known both him and his family over these many years. I'm grateful to have been able to tell him so prior to his transition. He will be dearly missed.
