Bowen, Irene Constance, 89 of Richmond departed this life March 18, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Otha Bowen. Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Richard Dudley Collier (Midge) and Thomas Lewis Bowen (Katharine) all of Richmond; sister Virginia Ann French of Richmond; grandchilden, Catherine Robinson, Richard Collier, Jr., Tiffany Bowen, Stephanie Bowen, Thomas Bowen, Jr., Brent Bowen; great-grandchildren, Jennifer Hollis, Justin Robinson, Michael Collier, Madison Collier; great-great-grandchild Mark Hollis. A private family viewing and internment was held March 22, 2014.
