Carolynne Dorothy Wall

Carolynne Dorothy Wall, age 81, of Mechanicsville, Virginia passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Thomas Wall; parents, Frank Alfred Wolf and Dorothy Veronica Reihle Wolf; son, Timothy Michael Wall; and mother-in-law, Mildred Wall Baskette. Carolynne is survived by her loving sons, Scott (Vickie), Doug (Jan) and Donald Wall; daughter-in-law, Michelle Wall; cherished grandchildren, Jordan, Justin, Jarod, Jessie, Jacob and Alayna; sisters, Madeline Neagle, Kathy Page, and Denise Wolf Kash (Peyton); sister-in-law, Robin Wall (Mike); and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was born in Long Island, NY on February 8, 1942 and moved to Lakeside in Henrico, VA when she was 7 years old. Carolynne married Tom on February 13, 1962. She will be remembered as a dedicated wife and mother. She began her career as a school bus driver and later worked as a deli bakery manager with Safeway. She retired from SuperValu as a deli bakery merchandiser. Carolynne's joys in life included spending time with her family and friends camping at Rainbow Acres Camping Resort on the Mattaponi River and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Jacksan. Her and Tom travelled across the country several times in their RV with her at the wheel, Carolynne always said she enjoyed planning the trips more than going.
