Brenda Luck, fondly known as Nanaw, a cherished mother known for being kind, loving, caring, hard-working and the strongest woman her children have ever known; left us on December 13th at the age of 83, after a valiant fight with Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy. She was loved dearly by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and will be immeasurably missed.
Brenda was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Billy Luck, and her greatly missed granddaughter, Megan Goellner.
She is survived by her 5 children, Bill Luck (Lisa), Susan Sprouse (Tommy) Mike Luck, Karen Brazier, and Mark Luck (Michelle), 6 grandchildren Heather Muldoon (Chris), Haley Fields (Brandon), Madison, Anthony, Makenzie and Jake Luck, 4 great-grandchildren, Finn and Palmer Muldoon, and Kynadee and Emersyn Fields, and her sister Donna Iner.
Brenda had the unique ability of being strong and brave while also being so incredibly soft and kind. She was so funny and at times lacked a filter which always made for a great story. She lived life to the fullest and you would never see her in a bad mood. She spent years caring for everyone around her and never turned away someone in need. She showed up to every sporting event, school function, award ceremony, and celebration. She was known for always being ready to go; it didn’t matter if it was to Walmart or Disney World. She was the best mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
