Ann P. Korman

Ann Parker Korman, 90, of Mechanicsville, died Friday, February 21, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, The Reverend James and Bessie Parker. Ann is survived by her four daughters, Linda Korman, Pam Maybush, Sherri Korman and Teri Heim; five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Ann was a vibrant member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church, she sang in the church choir, taught Sunday School, and played the piano for worship services. Additionally, she loved to travel and for a period of time worked for Henrico County Public Schools.

Her family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at the Atlee Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Walnut Grove Baptist Church, 7046 Cold Harbor Road, Mechanicsville. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
