Deborah was born on October 30, 1954, in Clifton, Texas, to Edwin Gauer and Lois (Niemier) Gauer. She grew up in Oglesby, Texas and graduated from Oglesby High School. Deborah married Rudy Marquez in 1992 and they were blessed with one daughter, Ryan. Deborah was a dedicated online shopper and took great pleasure in going to estate sales and garage sales. She loved her six cats, arts and crafts, comedians, and binging on Netflix. Deborah was outspoken, opinionated, very open and honest regarding her political beliefs, and she could always find the humor in life.
Her parents preceded Deborah in death.
Survivors include husband, Rudy Marquez; daughter; Ryan Marquez; sisters, Bobbie Helen Thomison, Nancy Johnson and husband, Ron; brother in law, Robert Marquez and wife, Mary; and sister in law, Gloria Perez.
