Bobbie Eugene Witt, 96 of Moody, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in Gatesville, Texas. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2022 at Rosemound Cemetery in Waco with The Reverend Mickey Fugitt officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Cole Funeral Home.
Bobbie was born on November 25, 1925 to Abner Dennis and Hattie (Smith) Parnell in Durango, Texas. She graduated from Lott High School. Bobbie married the love of her life, Henry Dudley Witt on July 31, 1945 in Waco, they celebrated 41 years together and he preceded her in death in 1987. She was a member of Prosper Baptist Church. Bobbie enjoyed quilting, sewing, and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons, Carl Gene Witt and David Witt; sisters, Josephine Froster and Leatha Mae Brezina
Survivors include her sons, Dennis Witt of Moody, Harrell Witt of Spring, Wayne Witt and wife, Janet of Moody; 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
