Mrs. Ramona Rose Gantenbein, age 79 of Cave City, Kentucky passed away January 20, 2018. She was born in Lithonia, Georgia to the late Marvin Elija and Mamie Ruth Bryant Rose. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Carver Gantenbein. Ramona was the family historian and enjoyed helping people, baking and was an animal lover. Survivors include her sons, Tracy (Renee) Doyle of Griffin, GA and Mark Doyle of Cave City, KY; brother, Marvin (Beverly) Rose, Jr. of McDonough, GA; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 – 11:00 AM in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family Friday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisten Funeral Home of McDonough.
