Mrs. Louise Helton Dorsey, age 87 of McDonough, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, loving wife of 66 years to Harold Dorsey. Louise was born in Tallapoosa, GA to the late John & Clara Anthony Helton. She enjoyed sewing clothing for her family and needlepoint. Louise attended Capital View Baptist Church, where she played the piano and worked in the nursery. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Dorsey is survived by her children: Stan (Terri) Dorsey of Tampa, FL, Lynn (Reg) Whitworth of Jonesboro, and Craig Dorsey of McDonough; grandchildren: Ryan Dorsey of Los Angeles, CA, and Matthew Whitworth of Sandy Springs; great grandson: Dylan Dorsey, and twin sister: Elouise Doss of Newnan. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 10:00 A.M at Eastlawn Memorial Park.
