LeeAnn Lanier, age 55, of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. She was born in Panama City, Florida to Curtis Groce and the late Brenda Groce.
In addition to her father, Curtis and step mother Edith Groce, LeeAnn is survived by her husband John Lanier; daughter Amber (David) Todd; two grandchildren Karson Puckett and Brooke Todd; brother Jonathan Groce; and many beloved family members.
LeeAnn loved her cat Leo, almost as much as she loved her family. She enjoyed reading and scrapbooking. She also loved a good crime show, especially Blue Bloods. She was a fighter and fought up till the very end, for 20 years she fought to be with her family and she will be greatly missed.
A visitation for LeeAnn will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Haisten Funerals & Cremations, 1745 Zack Hinton Parkway, McDonough, Georgia 30253, followed by a celebration of life at 3:00 PM in the Haisten chapel.
