Mr. Charles Henry Rape

Mr. Charles Henry Rape, age 90, of Covington, Georgia passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022. He was born in Porterdale, Georgia on February 21, 1932 to the late George Pompie and Beatrice Miller Rape. Charlie was also preceded in death by his 1st wife, Betty Sims Rape and his 2nd wife, Debbie Rape. He liked to play tennis, loved to fish and he was an avid hunter. Mr. Rape was a proud retired U.S Army National Guard veteran, a police office for 25 years and a Mason. He attended Bethany Presbyterian Church in Covington, GA. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Charlene, son, Charles Michael Rape of Jenkinsburg, GA and daughter Nita (Jim) Labolito of Tallahassee, FL. Grandchildren, Tina Duncan, Michael Thomas (Nellie) Rape, Vince (Julie) Labolito and Joe (Colleen) Labolito. A step-daughter, Joy Kay Free of Alpharetta, one brother, Jerry Rape of The Rock, GA and eleven great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00am - 11:00am on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough, GA. Graveside services will be held at 12:00pm at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, Georgia.
