Beloved wife of her late husband Anthony, Loving Mother of Suzan (Bob) Baker, Eddie (Mary) Klang, Eileen (Terrance) Monahan, Eric (Zonia) Klang. Adored Grandma of 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Cherished nieces and nephews. Florence loved to write poetry, read books and bake cakes. In 2005 she published a small poetry booklet named “Florence’s World”. In 2005 she had written over 500 poems. She was a member of the poetry group for 11 years in Rockville Center Long island and continued writing poems at the poets of the Poconos. She was born and raised in Bronx NY and later on moved to Toms River NJ.
A visitation for Florence will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at James Funeral Home, 540 Broadway, Massapequa, NY 11758. A religious ceremony will occur Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, at James Funeral Home. A graveside service will occur Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
