She was born January 4, 1963 in Everett, Washington to Duane and Shirley Oman. She grew up on the Stillaguamish Reservation. Priscilla worked for the Stillaguamish Tribe. She loved being with children, grandchildren. She loved to travel. She enjoyed jewelry.
She is survived by her children, Chris Oman, Michael Oman, Deidre Shipley and Deanna Shipley; her sister Mary Oman; six grandchildren, Michael Oman Jr., Cheyenne Oman, Alliyah Detamore, Jason Detamore, Trevin Wade, and Talin Wade. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Donald Oman.
Services will be held Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Arlington Cemetery.
