Joyce was born in Omaha, Nebraska and spent her life in Arlington, WA. She was preceded in death by her husband Glen Kenney.
She leaves her sons, Ward and Scott (Kelli) Kenney and her daughter Kim (John) Sullivan; grandchildren Mike and Nick Kenney, Christopher Sullivan and Tara Matiko; great grandchildren Ella, Luke, Finley and Dylan.
Joyce's family would like to thank "The Gardens Staff" for the support she received while living there. She was a busy lady!
