He was born on Hartington, Nebraska on January 20, 1932.
When Duane was 21, he married the love of his life, Donna Rae Peterson, on Monday, November 23, 1953.
Duane had a career in automotive repair and owned his own business since 1968.
He had many passions in life, but his biggest passion was traveling with his wife, Donna and his family.
Duane is survived by his loving wife, Donna, and his sons, Gary, Scott, Kenny and Craig. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Olivia, Nathan, Jacob, Zachary, Carly, Thorloff, Loki, McKenzie and Mitchell.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 12:00pm until 4:00pm at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home in Marysville, Washington.
