Melvin Crites

Born on January 15, 1976 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of Ronald L. Crites and the late Daisy Jane Wright.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his children: Brittany Crites and fiancé, Andrew Gaynor, Victoria Springer, Megan Crites, Christina Nicole Crites, and Gabrielle Maples; his siblings: Ronald Crites II and wife, Tammy, Linda Loughry and husband, Rich, Jenny Miller and husband, Billy, Bobby Crosen and wife, Sheila, and Anne Ward and husband Doug; grandchildren: Gracelynn Crites, Raelynn Crites, Anthony Adams, Lillian Adams, and Hailey Crites; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his son, William Dean Crites; brothers: Timothy Love Crites, Rusty Crosen, and Rocky Crites; and sister, Penny Lynn Crites.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, December 23, 2022 from 1-2pm at Rosedale Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
