Born on November 24, 1945 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Alcy Ray and Bessie Virginia Cave.
Connie worked for several sewing factories in Berkeley County and retired from Ralph Lauren Distribution Center.
She is survived by her children: David Toup II, Deanna Willis, and Debra Getts; her grandchildren; and her great-grandchildren.
Connie was always there for her children and grandchildren, they were her life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and two sisters; and two granddaughters.
Family and friends will be received at Rosedale Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 11am until the time of the funeral service at noon. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Panhandle.
