She was born on May 11, 1946 in Princeton, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late Garnett and Phyllis Thompson. She was one of 14 children in the Thompson family.
Charlotte enjoyed spending time with family and friends, gardening in her back yard, attending church and her pets.
Charlotte is survived by her children: Phyllis Snyder of Newport, Michigan, Deborah Stanley of DeLand, Florida, and Chester Jenkins Jr. of Tupper Lake, New York, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Ronald DeHaven; siblings: Sandra Burke, Mark Thompson, and William Richard Thompson.
A visitation will be held on November 5, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Lighthouse Full Gospel Church in Stephens City, Virginia. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
