Richard Gene Parker, age 58, of Martinez, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
He was happily married for 37 years and loved spending time with his family. He went to Mohawk Trail Regional High School and served 20 years for the US Army as a LPN. He was an appointed Deacon at August Korean First Assembly of God. He enjoyed Marvel and DC movies and comics. He loved spending time outside in the backyard and tending to the pond, garden, and flowers, especially his lilies and roses. He enjoyed playing with his two pets; Torrie and Benji.
He is survived by his wife Tae Son Parker; his daughters Jeannie Cramer and Sarah Parker.
A visitation for Richard will be held Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, Georgia 30907. A funeral service will occur Monday, Augusta 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM followed by interment at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Road Grovetown, Ga 30813
