He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Eva Martinez; and his brother, Edward Martinez. Survivors include his loving wife of 43 years, Nan Martinez; son, Paul Martinez (Liz); daughter, Bianca Brown (Tramell); granddaughter, Ariana Florence; grandson, Eli Florence; granddaughter, Mary Martinez; granddaughter, Brianna Brown; brother, Jesse Martinez (Virginia); sister, Gloria Isbel (Tom); and brother, Rick Martinez (Shirley).
He loved to fish, adored his grandchildren, and was the biggest New Orleans Saints fan.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday, March 29, 2019, at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, GA 30907.
