Cristian Neamtu passed away peacefully on September 5 after a nearly yearlong illness.
Cris spent most of his career as a Programmer and enjoyed Boston area sports, especially the New England Patriots. He had a warm personality and dry sense of humor. He enjoyed cooking and spending time with his friends and family.
He is survived by his parents Nicolae and Augustina Neamtu of Apex, North Carolina; brother Florin and sister-in law Danielle and their children Matthew, Daniel, and Hailey Neamtu of Apex, North Carolina; his Aunt Flory Debreczeni of Augusta, Georgia; and sons Alex and Andrew Neamtu of Medway, Massachusetts.
A small memorial service is being held on September 8 in Augusta, Georgia for family and close friends. The family would like to thank everyone who has reached out for their kind thoughts and words.
