He is survived by his loving daughter, Diane L. Caillet (Kerwin); grandsons, Chad Caillet (Jessica) & Darren Caillet (Vicki); great-granchildren, Carsyn & Coby Caillet; sister, Margaret Zaffran
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Alleman Lauve; parents, Lucy Roux & John Lauve; siblings, Matt Lauve, Leonard Lauve, Yvonne Robichaux.
Wayne was a World War II U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired from the St. Charles Parish School Board after 10 years. He was an active parishioner and usher at Holy Family Catholic Church. He enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, watching Saints football and spending time with his family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, July 14th 2015 from 10:00 am until 12:00pm at Holy Family Catholic Church-Luling. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:00 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church-Luling. Burial will follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
