Maerine Rita Dardar

Maerine Rita Dean Dardar, 85 years of age, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at home, surrounded by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents Louie and Marie Haiwatha Dean, her sister Patricia Rogers and her children Jody and Blake Dardar and her grandchild Joshua Dardar. She is survived by her husband of 67 years Joseph Dardar, her sister Gail DiSalvo, her children Deborah Brunet (Clayton), Donna Burgo (David, Sr.), Karen Danos (Ronald), Patty Beau (Marvin), Barry Dardar (Pinckie), Tammy Plaisance (Russell, Sr.), seventeen grand children, 33 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be remembered as an wonderful cook, who could make amazing meals from the simplest of ingredients. She was the matriarch of her family and made sure that everyone had what they needed, whether they wanted it or not. She was her husbands right hand "man" in both family and business, and they were hand picked by God for each other, holding hands as they prayed together every night. She is now reunited with the two children who went before her, but will be deeply missed by those left behind.
