Lynn Ann Ladmirault Schaffer

Lynn Ann “Nanny” Schaffer, 74 died July 22, 2022, with her family by her side in Marrero, LA. She was born December 28, 1947 in Detroit, MI to Calvin Ladmirault and Christine Peterson. Lynn had one loving sibling Gail Ladmirault DeMatteo. She had a wonderful life with her beloved husband Joseph Schaffer for 49 years. Lynn never had children of her own, but was blessed with three nieces, Christine H. Ruiz (Charles), Robin H. Tarleton (Jimmy), and Lacie H. Lannes (David). She loved them like they were her own children. She also had 12 Great-nephews and nieces that she called her grandchildren, Lindsey, Billy, Chuckie, Catherine, Juliette, Alex, Taylor, Hailee, Kody, Evan, Cameron and Colleen. She co-owned and managed Ault-Man Janitorial with her husband for many years. Lynn also was a sales manager for Gloria Marshalls in the 1980’s and JCPenney in the 1990’s. She loved Chloe (her dog), gardening, cooking, and most importantly being with her family. Words cannot describe how much we all loved and will miss her. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at WESTSIDE LEITZ-EAGAN, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Tuesday morning, August 2, 2022 at 11:00.
