Gladys Weber Petit passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the age of 96. She was the mother of Phyllis Guidry, Kenneth Petit (Wendy), Pamela Tregle (Pete), and Brian Petit (Tiki). Grandmother of Galen Guidry, Jason Guidry, Grady Guidry, Kacy Monfrey, Josh Petit, Chase Petit, Melissa Cortez, Tiffany Caillet, Dustin Petit, and Allie Choiniere. Great grandmother of 16, and great great grandmother of 1. Preceded in death by her husband, Allen “Red” Petit, her parents Nicholas and Rena Weber, and siblings Percy “Bilo” Weber and Flossie McEvoy. The family would like to express their special thanks to her caregivers Tracie, Bridget, Ashia, Laura, and Brean.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 8:30 AM. Interment will be in St. Charles Catholic Cemetery in Luling. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
