Elsie Robertson Pertuit

Elsie Robertson Pertuit entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. She is proceeded in death by her beloved husband; George L. Pertuit, III., her mother; Ruby M. Jones, her father; Wilson W. Robertson and her granddaughter; Nicole A Nickens. She is survived by her devoted and loving daughter; Bonnie A. Pertuit, grandson; Bryce B. Rome and great grandson; Cole G. J. Nickens. Elsie was known for her charismatic, compassionate, loyal and trustworthy nature which endeared all who knew her. She was an avid reader, and cherished the time spent in her personal library, immersing herself in the world of books and in her art collection. She had a profound love for nature, often finding solace in the woods of Mississippi, where she enjoyed many peaceful moments with her husband. Elsie also loved spending time at the lake and her private beach on Treasure Island, where the serene waters brought her great joy. Her passion for garden club socials brought her joy and allowed her to connect with others who shared her interests, but most of all Elsie treasured the moments spent with her family. Elsie's memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
