Elaine Mary Griffin Dantin

Elaine Mary Griffin Dantin passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at the age of 84. She was born on February 29, 1940 in White Castle, Louisiana to the late Thomas and Dorothy S. Griffin. Devoted wife of the late Raymond A. Dantin. Loving mother of Pamelajean Vidrine (the late Morrison), Venus M. Rogers (Bob), Elaine Dantin and the late Timothyray Dantin (Sue) and Michelle Lynn Dantin. Proud grandmother of Keri Lynn Rogers (Seth Neal), Timothy Dantin, Jr., Christopher Dantin, Adriana Dantin, Rolando Hernandez and the late Kevin Alexie, Jr. and 6 Great-grandchildren. Sister of Doris Sanchez (the late Lawrence), Cynthia Breaux (the late Blaine), Linda Schouest (the late Donald), Steven Griffin (Julie), Ronald Griffin and the late Shirley Detiller (the late Milton), Donald Griffin (the late Glendy), Thomas Griffin, Jr. (the late Katherine), Raymond Griffin (the late Jacqueline), Jerome Griffin, Gary Griffin and David Griffin. Elaine is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
