Betty "Betty Lou" Marie Perez, age 78, passed away at her home in Westwego, Louisiana on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Widowed wife of Gardener Perez, Sr. Mother to the late Wanda Perez, Gardner Perez, Jr. (Jodie), Brian Perez (Tina), Clyde Perez, Kevin Perez, Janine Morgan (Phil), and Sharon Bavaret (Kenneth). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as a host of friends and family.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, May 16, 2024 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 9:00AM and continue until the service time.
