Aggie Evelyn Guillie

She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Charles Guillie Jr. Mother of Belinda Marciante (the late Joseph) and the late Louis Pierre Guillie Sr (Cathy). Grandmother of Shantyle Green (Damon), April Gilbert (Zack), A. J. Loar, Louis P. Guillie Jr. (Renee), Joseph Marciante III. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 12 Great great grandchildren. She was the daughter of Ernestine Billiot and Francis Roussell, and is the last survivor of their 12 children. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was remembered as "the best", great at cooking and just being friendly. She was a long time devoted member of New Day Christian Center. Her deep abiding faith caused her to go frequently in prayer for her loved ones, and her family remembers her as their prayer warrior. She had a wonderful Cajun French accent throughout her life which reflected her early years spent in Pointe Au Chenes. She loved her seafood and being on the water. As one of her nephews remembered her: "She was the perfect example of what unconditional, everlasting, true love really is."
