Charlotte loved her church, First Assembly of God, and served in many positions: Sunday School secretary and completed all end of the year reports. She was a faithful and good servant to her Lord. She graduated from Waco High School and received her degree from 4C Business College. Following her degree she worked for Montgomery Ward until its closure. She and her family moved to Marlin where she began her career at Falls Community Hospital and Clinic. She served 30 years in the billing office before retiring.
Charlotte loved ancestry and was proud her grandfather Taylor donated property for Blevins Cemetery in Cego, Texas. Charlotte was an avid reader and very proud of her collection of biographies on all the First Ladies of the Presidents. She also collected cookbooks from everywhere, some dating back to her childhood. Although Charlotte was never a Mom she had many children she treated as her own, remembering them on birthdays, Christmas and special occasions.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an aunt, Evelyn Rose Taylor. Survivors include several cousins and her adopted families; Rodney and Virginia Krumnow and Larry and Elaine Truett-Jackson.
