Mrs. Virginia S. Jordan, age 92, of Smyrna, passed away July 8, 2017.
She was a U. S Marine Corps Veteran of WWII and later retired as an accountant at Sears. She was active in Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts.
Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Jordan, Sr.
Survived by her children, James Edward Jordan, Jr. and his wife, Joan; Jennie Jordan Lindsey and her husband, Richard, Paul Jordan and his wife, Susan; sister-in-law, Elaine Sheldon; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Graveside services will be Thursday July 13 at 11 AM at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the United States Marine Corps.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 6 until 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
