Friday, September 27, 2024, at the age of 61. He was born on October 23, 1962, to
Celadon and Cecile Joseph in Leogane, Haiti.
After immigrating to the United States, Bobby focused on academic achievements
because he was proficient in math, science, and computer technology. These skills
enabled Bobby to enter the prestigious engineering program at Wentworth University in
Boston, MA, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. During this
time, he became the father to two beloved children Rafael and Rebecca.
After relocating to Atlanta, GA, MARTA hired Bobby as a computer maintenance
technician where he worked for 17 years until his passing. During his years at MARTA,
he established many professional relationships and became a good friend to some of
his colleagues. In his spare time, Bobby enjoyed reading, tennis, swimming, traveling,
and working as a mechanic on his friend’s cars.
In 2003, Bobby met the love of his life and beloved wife Madlie. During their marriage,
Bobby was drawn to Jehovah and progressed spiritually. His love of Jehovah and the
Bible motivated him to dedicate his life to Jehovah and get baptized on October 12,
2019. Bobby was a zealous member of Jehovah’s Witnesses and took every
opportunity to preach about Jehovah. On July 2, 2023, the Atlanta Creole Congregation
appointed Bobby to serve the congregation as a Ministerial Servant. Bobby enjoyed
joining Madlie in the ministry and helping organize the congregation’s preaching
activities and other spiritual assignments.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Celadon and Cecile. Left to cherish his
memory are his wife Madlie Joseph, children Rafael Rodney Joseph and Rebecca
Cavelyn Joseph, his brother Bachela Joseph, his sisters Marie Lemaire, Rose Joseph,
and Marie Joseph, and other family members and friends.
We patiently wait for Jehovah to fulfill all his promises, especially the resurrection
promise. Then we will see Bobby again in perfect health with that beautiful smile.
