She is survived by her brother C. Chase Hutchinson, two children, Richard and Chase (Barbara), five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy F. Underwood, parents Laura and Chase Hutchinson, her sister Carolyn Brickett and her daughter in law Penny Underwood.
Jeanette loved antiquing, traveling, playing bridge, reading and being with friends. She served the homeless in a soup kitchen for many years. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. To know her was to love her.
Memorial service to be held at Church Street United Methodist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee at 1:00 pm Nov 5, 2021.. Internment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
