I haven't seen Lamar in years, but he was always such a nice guy when we were in school. Sending heart felt condolences to his family and friends. Rest easy.

This is so insane... it doesn’t seem real. We miss you down here. I can still hear you in my head coming into dollar general screaming “Chelsea Where you at your dad is here” embarrassing me... just last year you’d get off work and come cut my grass with Dylan. You did everything for everyone. This isn’t fair. Rest In Peace Lamar. 

I love and miss you so much. I wish you was here. I'm trying my best to stay strong for the boys and I cant. But I'm trying and I will. I'm trying my best. Lamar u always been a keep it 💯, always gave if u had, tell me about myself, then hug my tears away kinda guy. I've known you 10 years and never known a guy that takes care of his kids by his self. Mom and A#1Dad like u always have. Just 2 months ago I found myself asking for a ride to detox at 2or3 I. The morning. And even tho u had work the next day all I had to do was ask and u made it happen. THANKS FOR ALWAYS BEING A TRU FRIEND AND TREATING ME ,NENA(ALYSSA) & KALEB ( KK ) LIKE PART OF UR FAMILY. We used to have Easter egg hunts at Grandmas and would wander around getting into things we shouldn't had. We grew apart and im sorry for that.

We met many many years ago,I was 9 maybe 10 yrs old.We would all get together in the courtyard of my apartment complex(The Highlands) off Windy Hill Rd.We would play baseball,kickball,dodgeball and just have fun being kids.my brother never wanted me around playing with his friends but you would tell him just because she’s a girl doesn’t mean she can’t play LOL and then we all became teenagers things changed but not you! You have always been that sweet,respectful,helpful,charming young man! You was one of a kind! I haven’t seen you in awhile 😢but I hold those memories very dear to my heart!Lamar,I’m so glad to have known you.Im so upset this is the outcome please watch over us🙏🏻 we got the best guardian angel 👼🏻 Until we meet again buddy❤️

Lamar you have been my friend for so many years, through thick & thin, through love & trials. You were so special to everyone you knew! Always a dad that LOVED/LOVES his children and did the very best you could for them. You will be sorely missed. I miss your day brighening messages! You always tried to take care of EVERYONE, even those that did not deserve it. You had a heart of gold! I'm so sorry your baby son will never get to know the wonderful father he had in you. The world is a dimmer place without you. I will pray everyday for your children. I am so sorry I'm not going to be at the service today, with COVID 19 I am an essential employee and my presence is mandatory at work. I will visit and put flowers on your resting place next time I come through ATL. Rest in Peace my friend....until we see one another again. I only met you a couple times but I had the pleasure of meeting your wonderful boys several times and even babysitting them on a couple of occasions I know one thing about you you were a wonderful father and a great friend to many you will truly be missed by your boys and the people who loves you my heart is filled with sadness for your family and I pray to God for their comfort and strength through this hard time until we all meet again

I am glad that two days before you was taken from this world that me and victoria decided to stop by your house and that we got to see you and cut up with you but we never imagined it would be the last time we ever got to see you or talk to you again...I have replayed that day over and over again in my head and can still hear you laughing because we was messing with you about driving a mini van and you said yep but I make driving a mini van look good and I'm also a soccer dad...when you left you said if we wasnt there when u got back you would see us next time...only theres no next time to be had now...you will be missed by many and you touched alot of people and made an impact on so many...fly high hun
