Beverly Richardson, 77, of Marengo died Friday, June 15, 2012 at home. She was born May 23, 1935 in Rockford to Glen and Elizabeth (McDonnell) Nihan. She married William F. Richardson in July 20, 1957 in Marengo. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, gardening and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children; Jill (Denny) Quick and William “Bodie” Richardson; grandchildren Brayden, Cole and Wesley (Beth) Quick, Megan, Zachary and Molly Richardson; great-granddaughter Alexis. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, daughter Kathleen Richardson, grandson Andrew Richardson, brother Glen Nihan and sister Betty Finnan.
Visitation will be from 9 am until the time of service at 11 am on Wed, June 20, at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E. Grant Hwy. Marengo. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later time.
